Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 17 years; 2. Children undergoing lower gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Re-operation; 2. Blood transfusion; 3. Combined with congenital metabolic diseases; 4. Enterocolitis; 5. Children with short bowel syndrome (including ileocecal resection); 6. Intestinal malabsorption; 7. Anal surgery.
