Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 18 to 48 years; (2) Women who aren't pregnant; (3) Women who have menstrual cycle; (4) Signed the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women who suffer major systemic diseases; (2) Women who were pregnant in the past six months; (3) Women who are breast-feeding; (4) Women who are taking medicine that could impact menstrual cycle or plan to do so; (5) Women who will travel across time zones; (6) Women who have sleep disorder; (7) Women who are at condition that are not suitable for this study identified by researchers.
