Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years on the date of signing informed consent form; 2. Oral squamous cell carcinoma was diagnosed by histology; 3. Patients with stage III or IV oral cancer; 4. There was no pre-treatment for primary tumor; 6. Radical resection plus adjuvant chemoradiotherapy is planned to be performed in Shanghai Ninth Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known systemic metastasis (M1) based on clinical or radiological examination; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with other primary malignant tumor history within 5 years; 4. Patients with blood transfusion history within 5 years; 5. Suffering from serious systemic diseases, such as severe hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, mental disorders, etc.
