Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed as BPH by CT or MRI and have symptoms of LUTS; 2. Those who have not received surgical treatment after BPH is discovered; 3. The life expectancy of the patient is greater than 3 years; 4. I or the client agree to join this research, sign an informed consent form, and voluntarily provide relevant personal information and tissue samples for this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose clinical diagnosis or biopsy is confirmed as prostate tumor; 2. Patients who have a history of surgery that affects the prognosis assessment; 3. Patients with other symptoms that can affect the evaluation of prostate hyperplasia; 4. Patients who cannot or refuse surgery, so that they cannot obtain pathological results; 5. Refusing to accept the relevant treatment plan or follow-up plan.
