25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 25 to 35 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with RSA was previously defined as two or more consecutive clinically recognized spontaneous pregnancy losses before 20wk of gestation. (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for insulin resistance. (4) Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Couples with chromosomal abnormalities; (2) Uterine and fallopian tube factors; (3) Diabetes (refer to the diagnostic criteria issued by the World Health Organization in 2019); (4) PCOS (reference Expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome); (5) Currently taking metformin; (6) Metformin allergy; (7) Abnormal liver and kidney function and heart function; (8) Planning IVF/ICSI treatment.
