Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have signed an approved Informed Consent; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. A definite diagnosis of Stanford A aortic dissection based on the results of transthoracic and/or transesophageal echocardiography, computed tomography (CT), or surgical exploration and medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous revascularization; 2. Patients with a history of aortic valve replacement; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with contraindications to surgery; 5. Patients with serious concomitant disorders incompatible with the study.
