20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 20-55; 2. Patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head in ARCO stage I- IIIA; 3. All patients volunteered to participate in this experiment, read and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Malignant bone tumors, bone and joint tuberculosis, and bone and joint damage caused by various infectious diseases; 2. The general condition is poor, and the functions of important organs such as heart, lung, brain and kidney and hematopoietic function are seriously damaged; 3. Those who have mental and neurological diseases cannot cooperate with treatment; 4. Those who have recently received bone growth factors such as BMP; 5. Patients who have recently received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunosuppressive agents and anticoagulants; 6. Allergic constitution or allergic to materials and reagents related to disease treatment; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical research projects.
