Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic thoracic surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Single lung ventilation is needed during operation; 3. Stay in hospital for at least 2 days after operation; 4. American anaesthetist association health grade asa II-III; 5. Aged >= 60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI >35. 2. Syndrome of moderate or severe respiratory distress: PaO2/FiO2 < 200 mmHg. 3. Heart failure: NYHA IV. 4. Hemodynamic failure: CI <2.5 L/min/m2 and / or requirements before surgery ionotropic support. 5. Mechanical ventilation in the last 15 days. 6. Presence of pneumothorax. Presence of giant bullae on chest radiography or computed tomography (CT). 7. Preoperative bronchiectasis, respiratory infection, persistent cough and sputum,lots of secretions in the lungs. 8. Patient with preoperatively CPAP. 9. Participation in another experimental protocol at the time of intervention selection. 10. Estimated peep titration intolerable (hypotension or hypoxygen during titration). 11.Any condition not applicable to EIT measurements (pacemakers, automatic implantable defibrillators, implantable pumps).
