Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for AD (Japanese guidelines for atopic dermatitis 2016), 1) pruritus, 2) typical morphology and distribution of the eczema, and 3) chronic or chronically relapsing course. 2. Age from 2 to 80 years, male or female, Chinese Han population. 3. Patients are able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other skin diseases, such as psoriasis, vitiligo, lupus erythematosus. 2. Patients with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Parasitic infection. 5. A history of severe systemic disease or malignant tumor. 6. Participated in other clinical trials in the past month.
