3 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For subjects in the first part: 1. Aged 18 years; 2. With one eye or both eyes have myopic diopter over - 0.50DS; For subjects in the second part: 1. Patients in femtosecond laser surgery group with age of 18 years or older, and that in ICL implantation group with age of 20 years or older; 2. with the included eye has myopic diopter over - 6.00DS. For all the subjects: 3. Chinese of Han ethnicity; 4. The subjects or their legal representatives can sign informed consent after full explanation; 5. Those who fully understand the purpose and significance of this study and are willing to cooperate with medical history collection, physical examinations and auxiliary examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With both eyes had spherical diopter >= + 0.05DS; 2. Patients with hereditary eye diseases or other ocular diseases leading to ametropia; 3. Patients with systemic diseases affecting ocular health.
