Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) hemodialysis patient; (2) dialysis age > 3 months; (3) aged 18-70 years; (4) informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of severe infection; (2) current infection; (3) antibiotics use in 3 months; (4) microecologics use in 3 months; (5) diabetes; (6) liver diseases; (7) obesity or low body weight; (8) malignant tumor; (9) history of gastrointestinal surgery; (10) inflammatory bowel disease; (11) Irritable Bowel Syndrome; (12) autoimmune disease; (13) pregnant or in suckling period; (14) with kidney transplantation plan in 3 months; (15) participated in other clinical trials in 1 month; (16) with poor compliance; (17) not suitable for this clinical trials considered by researcher.
