45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with more than 5% lung field changes on imaging, including ground glass opacity, reticular abnormalities, diffuse central lobular nodules, non emphysematous cysts, honeycomb lung and tractive bronchiectasis; 2. Patients aged 45-85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with connective tissue diseases and a clear history of dust and metal exposure, their relatives have familial idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; 2. Patients with other system history, such as hypertension, diabetes, mental disorder, viral hepatitis and HIV (confirmed by test within 3 months); 3. Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant, and women in lactation period; 4. Patients who have participated in clinical trials or are participating in other clinical trials within one month; 5. Patients with frequent changes in living environment.
