Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All children met the diagnostic criteria established by the American Heart Association (AHA) as amended by the American Multidisciplinary Committee in 2017: 1. Fever lasts for 5 days or more, excluding other diseases with similar manifestations; 2. Extremities: Acute phase: erythema of palm (foot), finger (toe) end swelling; Convalescent period: 2 ~ 3 weeks occurrence finger (toe) nail edge desquamination; 3. Pleomorphic rash; 4. Both sides of the ball combined membrane hyperemia without secretions; 5. Changes in the lips and mouth: redness of the lips and mouth, chapped lips, diffuse congestion of the bayberry tongue, mouth and pharynx mucosa; Cervical lymph node lesions (diameter > 1.5 cm), usually unilateral; Inclusion criteria for the control group: Other febrile patients: meet one of the following conditions: 1. Fever for 3-5 days, 2. With a rash, cervical lymph node enlargement, hand and foot swelling, perianal flushing with one of the dandruff. 3. Blood routine examination indicated that CRP >= 30mg/L and erythrocyte sedimentation rate >= 40mm/h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The body temperature can be reduced to normal after antibiotic use in patients with fever or respiratory infection who have been previously diagnosed with KD.
