Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 10-60 years, diagnosis of primary malignant bone tumors such as osteosarcoma and Einosarcoma; No distant metastases or cross-joint lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other basic diseases, unable to tolerate radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgery, etc. 2. Patients in other clinical trials; 3. Other reasons were not considered appropriate by the researchers for clinical trials.
