Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first-onset patient who is clinically diagnosed as endometriosis and undergoes laparoscopic surgery; 2. Women aged 20-45 years old; 3. Laboratory examination: WBC >= 4 x10^9/L, NEU >= 20 x 10^9/L, PLT >= 80 x 10^9/L, serum bilirubin = 60 points; 5. First-time treatment; 6. The surgical pathological diagnosis was endometriosis; 7. Be able to follow up and have good compliance; 8. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other drug clinical trials at the same time; 2. Respiratory depression, (lung) airway obstruction or tissue hypoxia; 3. Heart disease (heart function of grade II and above); 4. Blood system diseases; 5. Obviously abnormal liver and kidney functions (the index is more than 3 times higher than normal); 6. Brain disease, abnormal judgment ability; 7. Cannot accept surgery; 8. Drug and/or alcohol abuse; 9. Those who are unable or unwilling to comply with research requirements.
