Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Kawasaki disease: The selected KD children met the diagnostic criteria established by the American Heart Association (AHA) in 2017: Fever lasts for 5 days or more, excluding other infectious diseases with similar manifestations; Extremities: Acute hard swelling of hands and feet, and desquamination of toe ends in convalescence; Pleomorphic rash; (4) Bilateral bulbous conjunctiva hyperemia without exudative changes; (5) Changes in the lips and mouth: chapped lips, arbutus tongue, mouth and throat mucosal diffuse congestion; Cervical lymph node enlargement (diameter > 1.5 cm), usually on one side; Among them, fever lasting for 5 days or more is the necessary condition, meeting at least 4 of the other 5 criteria, and excluding other diseases, KD can be confirmed.KD can also be diagnosed on day 4 when at least 4 clinical criteria are present. 2, Inclusion criteria for the fever control group: children with respiratory tract infectious diseases or other febrile diseases such as scarlet fever and juvenile idiopathic arthritis were excluded.

Exclusion criteria: Excluding cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, and excluding children with a history of Kawasaki disease
