Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All of them met the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995; 2) First cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by head CT or MRI; 3) Unilateral disease, duration of 1 month to 3 months; 4) Aged 40 to 75 years; 5) Brunnstrom stage 1-3 of hemiplegic upper limb and hand; 6) MMSE score greater than 20; 7) No aphasia, neglect, hemianopia or affective disorder; 8) Have given informed consent and signed relevant documents for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) with progressive stroke, malignant progressive hypertension, etc; 2) with a history of epilepsy, the use of epileptogenic drugs; 3) CT or MRI showed only limited to patients with frontotemporal infarction; 4) heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function seriously decline or failure; 5) with severe cognitive and communication disorders and can not cooperate with the treatment; 6) wearing pacemakers, intracranial metal or skull defects, brain tumors, etc.
