Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The main complaint was nasal congestion, accompanied by sleep snoring and apnea. Polysomnography found that the apnea-hypopnea index was abnormal, which met the diagnostic criteria of OSAHS, and the conservative treatment was not effective; (2) There was obvious nasal obstruction, Nasal acoustic reflex and nasal resistance tests revealed increased nasal cavity resistance. Nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan confirmed that the nasal cavity was narrow and the anatomical structure was abnormal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There is obvious obstruction of the throat plane: Friedman grade is 2 or higher, tonsils are second degree or higher, and the throat cavity is obviously narrow; (2) With the following conditions: with chronic sinusitis, endoscopic sinus surgery is required; with nasal cavity Benign and malignant tumors; suffering from other types of sleep diseases (central apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, etc.); suffering from neuropsychiatric diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease); suffering from Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma; alcoholism, drug abuse.
