18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Preoperative clinical classification was low-risk prostate cancer (according to NCCN guidelines): PSA<=20ng/ml, Gleason<=7, cTNM<=T2cN0M0 and other conditions; 3. The preoperative ICI-Q-SF survey score 0 points; 4. Good compliance; 5. Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative defined as high-risk prostate cancer (according to NCCN guidelines): PSA>20 ng/ml or >=T3a or Gleason score >=8 or cN1 or M1; 2. Various degrees and types of urinary incontinence before surgery; 3. Previous urethral, prostate, rectal or other pelvic surgery; 4. Patients considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion in this study.
