Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The adult patients who are diagnosed with skeletal Class II malocclusion with only mid to severe mandibular underdevelopment, ANB angle bigger than 5 degree, and accept undertake orthognathic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who are diagnosed with TMD
