Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primipara aged >=35 years and the gestational age 9-36 Weeks; 2. Physical Activity Rate Scale-3 <=19 points (less exercise); 3. understand the method and purpose of this study, and sign the informed consent; 4. establish a card at the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the First Maternity and Infant Health Care Hospital affiliated to Tongji University, and conduct regular prenatal examinations; 5. have the ability to use smart phone and bracelet normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With psychology, spirit, consciousness, cognitive barriers and (or) have merged other serious maternal body disease, including heart disease, lung disease, anemia, musculoskeletal problems, such as arthritis, gout, osteoporosis, back and hip or knee pain) may affect the movement of the disease, poor control of high blood pressure, epilepsy, movement induced asthma or any other may cause unsafe history of disease; 2. take drugs that interfere with your heart rate, such as beta-blocker; 3. currently receiving antidepressant medication or psychotherapy for depression.
