18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years old; 2. According to AO classification, patients with distal radius fractures were classified as type A and type B fractures; 3. It should be a fresh closed fracture, not combined with other parts of the fracture and received other treatment methods; 4. Sign informed consent form; 5. Patients who can actively cooperate with doctors and voluntarily accept follow-up and do relevant scoring work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not achieve functional reduction after manual reduction of distal radius fractures; 2. Patients with rheumatic disease who need to take hormone for a long time and pathological fracture; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and psychiatric diseases who can not tolerate manual reduction and external fixation; 4. Patients with wrist skin damage, infection, ulcer, can not tolerate external fixation.
