Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as constipation according to Rome IV criteria; 2. Diagnosed as slow transit constipation; 3. With more than 2 years' drug treatment or with outlet obstruction or with surgical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colon cancer; 2. History of colon, rectum, anus surgery; 3. With severe cardio, renal, neural disease; 4. Pregnant patients.
