Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elective non cardiac surgery, non neurosurgical major surgery; 2) Aged >=60 years; 3) ASA I ~ III; 4) Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) MMSE<24; 2) Co-existing neurological diseases: alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and other diseases that affect the cognitive; function of patients; 3) Blind, deaf-mute, illiterate, etc. who cannot communicate in normal languages; 4) Have participated in other clinical trials.
