Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who aged between 18 to 45 year old. (Non pregnant women); 2. Preimary ACL reconstruction; 3. Uni-lateral ACL injury and without previous surgery; 4. Be able to understand inform and consent and signature; 5. Be able to understand and follow the study protocol; 6. Patients who received meniscus treatment are not excluded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving other knee operations previously; 2. knee fracture; 3. Have received Articifical ligament clinical trial; 4. revision of ligament injury; 5. Cartilage injury with Out Bridge IV; 6. Together with PCL injury or other ligament injury; 7. Together with RA or OA; 8. Knee infection; 9. Investigator's objection to include the patients; 10. Receiving other clinicial trial within 6 months (including medication clinical trial).
