Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently, we meet the diagnostic criteria of THE American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), and diagnose General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) by standardized examination of concise International Neuropsychiatric interview (M.I.N.I.); 2. Generalized anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7) score >9; 3. Aged 18 ~ 60 years old; 4. Right-handedness; 5. Culture above junior high school, have a certain reading ability; 6. Good eyesight after correction or correction; 7. Patients agreed to participate; 8. Did not take anti-anxiety medications or other medications for mental disorders for the past 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of the nervous system; 2. Major physical disease or serious infectious disease; 3. Substance abuse or dependence such as alcohol; 4. In line with DSM-5 diagnosis other than GAD (M.I.N.I. assessment screening); 5. Major life changes; 6. Had previously received MECT, rTMS, tDCS treatment; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Install intracranial scaffolds, pacemakers, coronary scaffolds, cochlear implants and other human implant materials; 9. Heavy negative risk or impulsive risk.
