Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with thyroid cancer before surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 3. need lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. had thyroid or parathyroid surgery; 2. have severe complication; 3. have parathyroid disease.
