Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with anastomotic stoma diameter <2.5mm or normal vessel diameter <50% in the narrow segment of outflow tract/near cardiac segment, and with natural blood flow <500ml/min of internal fistula, or those with standard arteriovenous internal fistula that cannot meet the minimum blood flow required by dialysis prescription.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart disease or infection, patients with poor general conditions who could not tolerate surgery, patients expected to switch to peritoneal dialysis, patients allergic to contrast agents, and other conditions considered inappropriate by researchers for inclusion in the study.
