20 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (age < 80 years); 2. Having a history of myocardial infarction or ventricular wall segmental dyskinesia indicated by echocardiography, requiring coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Moderate IMR; 4. Normal mitral valve structure; 5. Sinus rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant mitral valve replacement or tricuspid valve procedures; 2. Concomitant moderate or severe aortic valve diseases; 3. Echocardiography showed mitral chordae tendineae rupture and prolapse, rheumatic disease, infectious disease, valve leaf perforation, significant valve ring calcification; 4. Previous cardiac surgery, including mitral valve plasty or replacement; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Having a history of immune deficiency, malignant tumor or Marfan syndrome, Behcet's disease, Takayasu arteritis, taking hormone, etc; 7. Emergency surgeries.
