Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis meets the "Chinese Parkinson's Disease Diagnostic Criteria (2016 Edition)"; (2) H-Y stages are 1-3 stages; (3) Aged 60 to 69 years old; (4) Right-handed; (5) Long-term exposure history without noise; (6) No history of smoking or alcoholism in the past 5 years; (7) Passed the preliminary screening of "Simple Intelligent Mental State Checklist"; (8) Able to understand and speak Mandarin; (9) No emotional abnormalities and psychological disorders; (10) The research subjects were informed and understood the purpose of the research and signed an informed consent form approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Shanghai First People's Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of family inheritance and family ear diseases; 2. history of ear diseases; 3. Patient's mother has a history of pregnancy infection; 4. a history of ototoxic drug treatment; 5. PD patients have a history of other neurological diseases; 6. the healthy control group has a history of neurological diseases; 7. A history of cardiovascular disease and unstable blood pressure control; 8. a history of unstable blood sugar control; 9. a history of unstable blood lipid control; 10. A history of endocrine and metabolic diseases.
