Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed acute Standford A aortic dissection by thoracic and abdominal CTA; 2. Patients willing to sign informed consent and accept post-operation follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. younger than 18 years or older than 80 years; 2. pregnant; 3. with other cardiac diseases require meantime operation; 4. coma; 5. with severe abdominal symptoms or ischmia in abdominal organs; 6. diameter of aortic arch longer than 4cm; 7. Debarkey II aortic dissection; 8. Marfan syndrome; 9. with severe diseases other than cardiac diseases, anticipaed life span less than 6 months; 10. patients refuse to sign informed consent or unwilling to accept post-operation follow-up.
