20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-40 years old; 2. having pregnancy plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of hyperprolactinemia,thyroid dysfunction,adrenal disease,diabetes and other endocrine abnormalities; 2. chronic diseases of important organs; 3. adenomyosis or hysteromyoma (with uterine volume greater than 2 months of pregnancy or single intramural myoma larger than 5 cm); 4. tuberculosis,adhesions or other mucosa lesion; 5. having taken vitamin A, C, D, E or other antioxidant preparations in recent 3 months; 6. having contraindication of contraceptive use; 7. history of allergy to intervention drugs; 8. having diseases not suitable for pregnancy; 9. difficulty in following-up.
