Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obstructive azoospermia patients undergoing testicular biopsy, normal spermatogenesis, women of childbearing age between 18 and 38 years old, patients who donate ovarian tissue and eggs voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with non-obstructive azoospermia with abnormal spermatogenesis Patients with a history of endocrine diseases and hormone medications, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
