18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients over 18 years old who have signed the informed consent form; 2. patients suspected of prostate cancer need biopsy procedure according to clinical guidelines; 3. patients who can tolerate puncture after clinical examination; 4. patients know the current condition and sign the informed consent for procedure; 5. patients agree to donate the results of photoacoustic examination for scientific research and give up the follow-up interests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who could not be examined by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. patients who could not stop anticoagulant drugs or complicated with severe bleeding tendency; 3. patients with anorectal diseases who could not be done the procedure; 4. patients with infection and in acute stage; 5. patients with mental disorders who could not cooperate with the procedure.
