18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Rupture of "no man's land" of flexor tendon of hand; 3. Repair of hand tendon injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular nerve injury; 2. Diabetes mellitus; 3. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Cardiac insufficiency; 5. Hematological diseases; 6. liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Rheumatic Immune System Diseases; 8. Radiotherapy; 9. Chemotherapy; 10. Treatment of steroids; 11. Pregnancy; 12. Participating other clinical trials.
