Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 70 years; 2. Patients with primary liver cancer can be treated with surgery 3. Preoperative liver function Child A, renal function and cardiopulmonary function were basically normal.Hemoglobin >=90g/L, leukocyte count >=3.0x10^9/L, neutrophil count >=1.5x10^9/L, platelet count >=60x10^9/L; 4. No pregnancy, no HCV, HIV or syphilis infection, understanding the situation of this study and having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, biological therapy, or participated in other drug or instrument treatment before enrollment; 2. Metastasis, such as lung, brain and bone metastasis, has occurred; 3. Patients with surgical contraindications such as renal, cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction and those who were considered inappropriate to participate in this study.
