Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Pre-operative endoscopy confirmed "adenocarcinoma" Preoperative imaging confirmed that the liver lesion was colorectal metastasis; 3. There are < 10 liver metastases and the cumulative liver volume is < 20%. The maximum diameter of liver metastases is <= 4cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneous extrahepatic metastases; 2. ASA score over 3; 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. The tumor invades the hilar or left and right hepatic ducts; 5. Biliary dilatation; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
