Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and are definitely diagnosed as plaque psoriasis; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. Patients with skin lesions less than 3% of their total body surface area (BSA); 4. Informed consent: Patients sign the informed consent form and volunteer to receive treatment, observation and various examinations through the discussion of ethics committee; 5. Patients without serious heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, mental disorders and metabolic disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, or those who plan pregnancy during the study period; 2. Those who used systematic treatment include hormonal, methotrexate, cyclosporin A, oral antibiotics or biological agents within 3 month; 3. Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney, blood system and other diseases, or other serious primary diseases, mental illness. 4. Psoriasis patients whose skin lesions are concentrated on the head and face; 5. People who have been allergic to tripterygium wilfordii drugs in the past.
