18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-75 years old; 2. Subjects with body mass index of 18.5 kg / m2-30 kg / m2; 3. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic liver resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute heart failure; 2. Patient with acute coronary insufficiency; 3. Patient with severe renal failure (defined as creatinine clearance < 30 mL/min or requiring renal replacement therapy); 4. Patient with preoperative shock (defined as the need for vasoactive drugs before surgery); 5. History of neuromuscular disease; 6. Contradiction to use TEE because of severe esophageal varices; 7. Participation in other drug trials in the 30 days prior to enrollment; 8. Parturient or breast-feeding women; 9. Inability to express oneself correctly, poor compliance, and inability to complete the test according to the study plan; 10. Patients or relatives refusal to participate.
