50 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 50-79 years (inclusive); 2. Subjects with stable disease condition and meeting the latest SCD diagnostic criteria in 2018; 3. The subjects and nurses signed the informed consent, and the nurses could take the responsibility of supervising the subjects to participate in the study; 4. The chief complaint of memory impairment was more than 3 months, but they could take care of themselves in daily life; 5. Subjects with mini mental state examination (MMSE) score > 24 and <= 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the ninds-airen criteria, the patients with vascular dementia were diagnosed as possible; 2. Patients with MHIS score > 4; 3. Patients who can not cooperate with cognitive function test (including blindness, deafness, severe language impairment, etc.); 4. The patient had drug or alcohol dependence in the past 6 months; 5. Patients are participating in other clinical studies; 6. Patients are irritable; 7. Patients with diabetes mellitus or severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and mental disease.
