Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, 18-45 years old, with junior high school education or above, entered the study within 12 to 24 weeks of gestation. Clinical symptoms first appeared after pregnancy; 2. EPDS score > 10, but PHQ score < 15 and hamd17 score < 24; 3. Those who did not meet the DSM-V criteria were assessed by trained psychiatrists at or above the m.i.n.i; 4. Subjects who had not received depression related drugs and psychotherapy in the first half of the study; 5. Subjects and guardians signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other mental disorders, such as mental retardation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorder, acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances; 2. Patients with severe personality disorder; 3. Patients who had a history of severe brain organic or physical diseases, epilepsy, brain injury and coma in the past; 4. Objects with serious negative suicide risk.
