Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All severe pop(POP-Q III-IV degree) patients who were scheduled for transvaginal mesh implantation are invited to be enrolled; 2. Those who could tolerate and cooperate with pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment; 3. Those who could follow up for 1 year after operation; 4. Those who sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who could not tolerate and cooperate with pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment.
