Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of childbearing age, aged between 25 and 35 years old, with no previous history of diabetes in our hospital will be include in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following categories of pregnant women will not be included in the study: 1. Pregnant women with age = 35 years old; 2. Women with previous history of diabetes; 3. OGTT examination during pregnancy indicates PGDM, that is: fasting plasma glucose >= 7.0mmol/l; or 75g oral glucose tolerance test 2 hours after taking glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; or accompanied by typical hyperglycemia symptoms or hyperglycemic crisis, and random blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; or glycosylated hemoglobin >= 6.5%. 4. Pregnant women with gestational hypertension, autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.
