Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The Osteoporosis and Bone-salt Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, brittle fracture (osteoporotic fracture) has occurred, including vertebral fracture, hip (proximal femur), wrist (distal radius) and shoulder (proximal humerus); 2. The permanent residents in Kunshan area are expected to be followed up for more than 2 years, with good cognitive ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases; 2. cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3. Psychopaths; 4. Tumor patients; 5. Multiple injuries; 6. Open fracture; 7. Patients with combined neurovascular injury.
