Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=18 years; 2. diagnosis if LST; 3. Patients who are able to tolerate colonoscopy or colonoscopy treatment; 4. BMI 18-30; 5. Patients who can understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other malignant tumors of the digestive tract; 2) Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP) or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNpCC); 3) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases and unable to tolerate colonoscopy treatment; 4) Patients who refuse follow-up.
