Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 40-65 yeas of age; 2. Primary cT3-T4a tongue cancer patients; 3. Patients who have not received other head and neck operations, without history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. Patients who are without severe hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes which will after major surgeries with tongue resections and simulatenous free-flap reconstructions; 5. Patients who have clear tongue and floor of mouth MRI images after thin-layer MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to get enrolled in this study after thoroughly informed about the trial, benefits and harms; 2. Patients who are allergic to MRI contrast agent, or unwilling to receive contrast agent injections; 3. Patients who are with cT4b tongue lesions before operations; 4. Patients who are with severe comorbidities that adversely influence the decision of free-flap reconstructions; 5. Patients who will not be evaluated with the protocol evaluation timing.
