Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by histology or cytology; 2. Aged >=75 years old; 3. Schemed operation; 4. Before non-emergency surgery, aspirin should be suspended for at least 7 days before; clopidogrel should be suspended for at least 10 days; 5. The participants volunteer and consent to this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participants had contraindications to surgery; 2. Patients with dementia, epilepsy or coma who have been definitely diagnosed in the past; 3. Subjects may be unable to complete the study due to other reasons or should not be included in the study.
