Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gallbladder cancer/intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma undergoing palliative surgery; 2. The patient has a full understanding of this study and voluntarily signs a written informed consent form, and is able to comply with the visits and related procedures specified in the protocol; 3. The patient is generally in good condition, without obvious symptoms, KPS> 70; 4. Life expectancy >=6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are multiple primary lesions; 2. Known history of allogeneic organ transplantation and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. People with known HIV infection (HIV antibody positive); 4. Severe infections in active phase or poor clinical control; 5. Conditions judged by other researchers to be inappropriate for inclusion.
