Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Trauma and surgical bleeding are the main patients, aged 18 to 60 years old; (2) Patients with obstetric hemorrhage; (3) Voluntary signing of informed consent for transfusion and cryopreservation of platelets.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclude patients with coagulation dysfunction caused by coagulation factor deficiency; (2) Patients taking antiplatelet drugs for a long time; (3) Patients with hypercoagulable diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke; (4) Patients with severe multiple organ failure; (5) Patients with severe surgical trauma are expected to die within 24 hours; (6) Patients with postpartum hemorrhage complicated with severe liver and kidney failure; (7) The researcher thinks that it is not suitable for the patients; (8) Participants in other clinical trials; (9) Drug abuse, medical, psychological or social conditions that may interfere with the subjects' participation in research or evaluation of research results; (10) Epilepsy, dementia, or other spirits that need medical treatment cannot understand or comply with the research plan; (11) Patients with severe infectious diseases (incurable tuberculosis, pulmonary aspergillus) and aids.
