Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stageIA1 with LVSI, IA2IB1 with no LVSI; 2. Fertility sparing; 3. Aged =60; 5. Agree to the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage IA2 or IB1 with LVSI; 2. Special pathology type: Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma or gastric adenocarcinoma; 3. Infertility; 4. Inoperable; 5. Who took radiotherapy or chemotherapy before the surgery; 6. CT,MRI or PET-CT showed the metastasis outside the uterus; 7. Disagree to the informed consent.
